  Probably the best Cici's I've ever had. The staff are extremely friendly! When you ask them to make a certain pizza they get right on it. Spectacular!

  This place is disgusting! If I could give it no stars I would. They don't use gloves on their hands when they are handling the foods and just go around touching everything and not washing their hands when they return to their food station to make the pizza. I was so disgusted I had to leave before we finished our meal. What a waste of money I will never go to CiCis ever again. I'll be lucky if I don't catch a GI bug from this place.

  The morale of this review is that it sucks when a place is understaffed. Came here on a Sunday afternoon close to 3:30pm. From what I could tell it wasn't packed but there were some clear under cared for things such as tables not being cleaned off and not enough food at the buffet. We solely based where we sat off of which tables were less messy than than the others. luckily we were able to find a seat with only a few crumbs which I wiped away. there was food at the buffet but with how packed it was as soon as new pizzas came out it was gone in less than 2 minutes so you had to be moving fast. my favorite thing about cici's is their cinnamon roll bread. for as long as i can remember this has always been my most looked forward too thing. so i was happy that those hadnt run out. this establishment is catered more towards families and children. which is fine i think for what you pay the food is pretty decent.
  
  soon after we sat down a wrestling team of like 15 young guys and adults came into to eat so it was as if a whirlwind came and swept up all the food lol and it was then that i noticed they were clearly understaffed. i was able to get the things that i liked so i was not too much worried about that.  but it would have been better if there was more variety offered as well for other patrons such as the veggie pizza. at one time it got to the point that there weren't even any plates out to get food.
  
  I like cici's and will likely come here again. But ill probably try coming on a weekday when they hopefully will have more staff working.

  If your craving a variety of pizzas, then this is the place. But if you're craving great quality pizza with higher price, I'd suggest otherwise.
  
  The staff was very welcoming and friendly. No complaints whatsoever with the staff. If the rating was based solely on staffing, I'd give them 4.5 stars. You don't often get welcoming and friendly staff.
  
  Although, the food lacked character and flavor, the soup is pretty good along with the ability to create your own.  Also, I'm not sure what the floor is made of but it's definitely slippery. Not sure if they can afford a renovation but the floor is definitely in need of something to make it slip proof.

  This is the best Cici's I've ever been to! The manager made our experience superb! The pizza was always fresh and they even made us a pizza on demand!!! We will be coming back :)
